One of the things PWYS does really well is find a job for people who have barriers to employment.
We talk to the person about what sort of work he/she wants to do and then we work with that person to find their perfect job. We identify the things that stop the person from getting a job, like not being able to read or write very well or having a physical disability. Then we work with teh person to manage the thing/s that are stopping them from working.
We work with ABILITY, not disability.
